Terms & Conditions:
No Refunds-I understand and agree that United Way of St. Charles parish retains the right at its sole discretion, to cancel this event without prior notice. If the event is cancelled, all registration fees are non-refundable, but T-Shirts and food tickets will still be distributed to paid registrants.
Waiver-I agree and acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the condition and operation of my vehicle(s), passengers, property and actions as well as my personal belongings. I certify that my vehicle(s) is/are in good working condition and that I possess the skills and required licensure to operate my vehicle in this event. I hereby agree to release United Way of St. Charles and its agents and affiliates, St. Charles Parish Employees and its agents, from any and all liability for including but not limited to any property damage, bodily injury, lost or stolen merchandise and or property that occurs during this event. By signing below, I further affirm that my vehicle(s) is/are insured for public liability and property damages as required by the laws of the State of Louisiana. I further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the United Way of St. Charles Parish, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns, against claims, damages, osses and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys fees, arising out of or resulting from participation in the event, regardless of whether or not such claim, damage, loss or expense is caused in part by a party indemnified hereunder.
