United Way of St. Charles awards six $1,000 scholarships to high school or GED graduates at the end of each school year to help defray the cost of educational expenses. In addition, two ROTC students receive a one-time award of $500.
The LIVE UNITED Scholarships are designed to recognize individuals who help make a positive impact in the community. Awards will be based on the applicant’s demonstrated commitment to community service and the extent to which the applicant has impacted the community through leadership and service.
