- Operates Community Based Prevention, a targeted, intensive mentoring program designed to reach youth early and prevent later involvement in the juvenile justice system. The program provides strong mentorship to youth ages 8-16 who are at-risk of becoming engaged in the juvenile justice system. Participants receive mentoring, tutoring, counseling and other wrap-around services that help them succeed at home, school and their communities.
